    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am an O2 customer and have an iphone 4.&amp;nbsp; When I text my parents in Kenya, they receive my texts in a coded language - basically illegible.&amp;nbsp; My husband is with Vodaphone and his texts to them arrive in normal format.&amp;nbsp; My mother has an iphone and my father doesn't, but both receive this coded language.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've not heard of this happening before.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ask the recipient to check with their network and you check with 02 on 202 for contract customers or 4445 for payg customers to ensure everything is set up ok.</description>
