Hi can you help!!

Just received an I phone 5 my old phone is the iphone 4 do i swap the old sim into the new phone or use the new one?

Your new sim will need to be activated. Call 202 from your old phone and ask customer services to swap your number to the new sim (they will need the code on the back of the nano sim) or visit your nearest O2 store who can do this for you.
