For the past month I am continually losing signal in my home, I am missing important calls and texts, rebooting and switching my phone off doesnt help. Every 15 minutes or so I get "No Service" which last about 5-10 mins, then I get service back, but it happens all day everyday. Any ideas? Is there anything in the terms and conditions regarding this? I will need to change service provider if this keeps happening! Ive tried contacting o2 but not really getting anywhere! Ive been a cutomer of o2 for 8 years and Ive never had this problem before!
