hi all got iphone 4 that have been trying to unlock for months, submited forms in shop no luck. last option was pay as go route that got sim registered sim, put money on sim filled form out keeps coming back security not right. now got email saying unlock request rejected jue to multiball unlock requests

Sounds like a mess.

02 won't unlock instore.

Only by filling out the unlock online form with all the correct info will you succeed.

You need about £20 credit and you make a few calls to register the new sim on the network.

Then as long as you have £15 credit you can unlock it here:
