Could someone tell me if O2 when upgrading to an i-phone 5 include a new sim card? I know they take the new micro sim. I'm getting my phone sent to the store to collect, if they don't send one am i able to get one from the store or do I have to order one online? Forgot to ask on the phone when I was upgrading.

if not in the box you can ask for a nano sim at the store when you collect it and ask them to help you do the simswap process

Are you aware the new model of iPhone is rumoured for release very soon.

That being said I'm very happy with mine.
