problem with sim swap - please help!!

i used sim swap to transfer my old sim to a new micro sim for the iphone 4.

however, the new micro sim is only using a new number, not my old number. i want to use my old number, not the new number.

how do i transfer my number to the new micro sim?

It shouldn't of done that you may be best calling customer services to get it sorted

Are you sure you picked up or ordered a blank sim to perform the sim swap ?

Also just to note the procedure can take 24 hours plus to complete.

Its usual advice to keep turning your phone off and back on periodically throughout the day.

Go into settings general the phone and my number. The number in there if it's the new number change it to your number. Which you used to use before the sim swap.
