Unfortunatly not if you have the cell enabled version you need an ipad micro/nano sim .

You need to set a few things up and it may or may not work

You cant use the dongle.

Tethering could be an option.

Unfortunatley you cannot use the dongle with the iPad.

I have a wifi only iPad and an iPhone. I tether my iPad to my iPhone from time to time. Perhaps if you have an iPhone you might be able to do the same.
