LITTLE CIRCLE.

On my iPhone i have a circle by my signal bar.

1, what does this mean? i know its something to do with internet...

also, it sometimes says 3G or E there (but very rarely) my internet works better when one of them in showing instead of the little circle,

2. Can you get it so it has 3G or E at all times and not the little circle?

It's your data signal. The circle means no data connection. E is a connection but only slow and 3g is the fastest. Your location will determine the signal you get.

Actually doesn't the circle also mean some data, but at the slowest rate, then E. then 3G. And then 4G if you have it.

I believe the circle is a gprs connection which is slower than Edge..

Yes the circle means a very slow almost unusable slow speed

Is that an iPhone specific slow speed as on everything else "G" is the slowest
