    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although the sim swap is an easy process to carry out please take into account that the full swap can take effect from 1 hour to 24hours + so be prepared to be offline for that approx amount of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you can make a call and not log onto the internet for a while etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The remedy for this is to turn your phone off for a few seconds and then turn it back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you need to get a micro sim card from an O2 shop and they will transfer your account over for you and it all stays the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only difference is the sim card size.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
