I have had the 02 App for approx 5mths. I tried to log in tonight with my PIN number but it says "Account not found".

Sorry the username you're using doesn't have a billing account associated with it, yet I was able to register here after logging into my O2 account. I can view my account online from my laptop, but I found the App very handy when out and about. Any ideas why it suddenly won't let me into it or what is the easiest solution as there is no facility to put in your user name or password. It just asks for your PIN.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately it didn't work after reinstalling the App. I tried then changing my PIN but despite being able to log into My O2 on my laptop earlier with the identical user name & password it gives same message "Account not Found etc"

Contact cs on 202 or use live chat to see if there is a problem with the account, or possibly just a glitch
