      <description>For some reason call forwarding has suddenly started activating itself every time I boot up the phone(or reset)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't actually used call forwarding so you can understand my confusion haha.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://i.imgur.com/RHuQz.jpg" target="_blank"&gt;http://i.imgur.com/RHuQz.jpg&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't seem to solve it in the settings:(&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any advise?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried dialing ##002# which should cancel any diverts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Touch this and enter 901 (this is O2's voicemail number).
