why is there stocks of iphone 5 16gb from 02 website but yet none in any retail stores ?

i can get one but i would lose friens and family discount i have on my account which i still don't understand as its still o2 wether it be online or instore why lose the discount someone answer my questions as 02 do not seem to know ?

Car phone warehouse are the ones who supply stock for O2s online iPhone 5s so unfortunately its not the same online/in store anymore.

Stocking levels created the merger I believe.

I've watched people walk into my local 02 high street store and walk out with a contract phone.

It's the sim free or payg models that are thin on the ground.

I would say be patient.
