      <title>LOST 3G NETWORK</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Iphone 3GS and recently downloaded the new software, but in doing so I have lost my 3G Connection and can't connect to the internet without WIFI...o2 sent me out a text with VPN details on it, but that hasn't worked either. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Iphone 5 and having the same problem, can only use my wifi, no 3g coverage, message on safari reads "could not activate mobile data network" I am on a contract with 1 gb data and am no where near my limit, unlimited calls and msgs, please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;•change APN then back again. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;•restart phone&lt;BR /&gt;•restore from backup&lt;BR /&gt;•reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;•check if any other O2 users in your area have issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try those and let us know:)</description>
