    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I havent had any signal for two days and it is showing 'no service' in the signal bar. Everyone else in my household has signal even those on O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was just wondering why I dont &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>SIM or phone fault. Try your SIM in another phone and see if the fault follows the SIM or stays with the phone.....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;what happens if you do a full power down and back on again?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hold sleep for 10 seconds and then swipe to power off, wait 5 seconds and press sleep button again to power back on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also switch off 3G in general, cellular&lt;/P&gt;</description>
