      <title>Trouble Acquiring O2 Settings</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had an iPhone4s for a while, but recently realised that I never activated internet or picture messaging on it, and when I try to look at past messages that O2 have sent me, it's just blank so I can't get the details that way. When I text MMS to 1010, it says the service is only available to iPhone customers (which obviously I am), and when I text ACTIVE to 2020 to get the settings again, I get a text saying they had problems dealing with my request. So, how can I get my settings so that I can use internet and send picture messages?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried changing the APN things before, and just retried it now. It doesn't seem to fix it, I still can't access the internet and get the same responses from 1010 and 2020.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you reboot the phone after changing the settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a hard reset by holding the home and sleep buttons till the Apple logo appears (about 10 secs) and then release and let the phone boot up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
