Transfer personal to business ID requirements

I am looking to transfer my personal account to a business account.

Are other forms of ID accepted to those mentioned on the transfer of ownership form? I do not have a company credit card and as my business is based at my house, all of the utility bills are in my personal name and not the company.

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you have an anyway competent O2 Shop nearby, they should be able to help.

Try to avoid going with any of the so-called O2 Trusted Partners, as all your dealings then have to be done through them, not with O2.
