      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spent over 30 minutes trying to phone business suport for 02.&amp;nbsp; Continually being cut off my automated system despite trying every number that shows on the web site and within My O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a problem with UK suport?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
