      <title>No coverage away from WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved to a business plan, in January I did question at the time but was told aerial direct was part of 02 , they would still be my provider and cheaper bills.&amp;nbsp; Fast forward to May where I have no service when away from WiFi,&amp;nbsp; plenty data left.&amp;nbsp; New sim tried no joy. Back and forward still no joy and a mobile which is not letting me call&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;texts etc away from mobile.&amp;nbsp; Last update from aerial direct was this weekend and was told that o2 engineers said I had been making calls and sending texts using data. I think one call when probably in range of WiFi&amp;nbsp; or patchy intermittent signal.&amp;nbsp; A mobile phone which isn't working away from wifi is a safety concern and frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas.&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
