      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to upgrade 7 (yes SEVEN) work phones, yet everytime i call customer support i get through to someone who can hardly speak a word of english and has no idea what i'm asking them to do. Is there any other way of doing these upgrades? or is there an english based, english speaking call centre i can contact?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
