Moving numbers from current o2 business account to a new o2 business account

We have an o2 business account with just two numbers, we want to close this account but first move our numbers to our new business. I think I have read we have to first open a business account in the new name and purchase two new contracts. How do we go about transferring our existing business mobile numbers to the new business contracts. Thank you.
