Number for Business Customer Service

Hi, I'm trying to update my direct debit details and can't access it online. The customer service number 8222 isn't working, and the Help section is sending me in a loop. Does anyone have any ideas please?

The number for business is 8002.

Can you check this please? Always understood the business number was 8002 but on checking, it's showing as 8222? Is that an error?

Thanks for that info. So the Business number is now 8222, even though @Sharon113355 said it's not working? Bit weird really. 🤔

and 8002 still showing on the general contact us page, so assume that still works also?

True @MI5 . If it changed last year, I wasn't aware and still gave 8002 as the Business number.

I see the number to call from abroad is different as well.
