    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to pay two business contracts and there is absolutely no way online to do this which is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried setting up a direct debit. Every month I go through the same old stress and hours of time waiting on the phone. It should be better than this, especially for business customers.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
