      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, looking for some urgent support!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2 has turned off my business account due to an unpaid bill, which I have evidence of paying. &amp;nbsp;Whenever I tried to ring customer services last week to discuss it rang out for over 40 mins! &amp;nbsp;Now today, they have switched me off so I can't call anyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried emailing but to no avail. &amp;nbsp;This whole situation is ridiculous and hugely maddening!! &amp;nbsp;Why is it impossible to speak to a human being to get this fixed??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
