    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have most my phone, and called O2 this morning to ask them to divert calls for my personal phone. True to form, they've messed it up and now I have no divert in place and the line is dead (this number is not available).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can set up a divert without having the device or going back to the support team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Long shot I know...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
