    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just returned from one month in the USA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 phones. Both had "Mobile Data" switched off before we left the UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I switched mine ON for the last day, but when I got my bill there are multiple charges of £7.50 for data roaming on the phone which was NEVER switch to "Mobile Data ON".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when I switched my data ON I received a text message from O2 confirming "Rest of world 24 Hour pass".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other phone NEVER received ANY texts from O2 but had Multiple days charged at £7.50 per day.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4729502"&gt;@LJ_1951&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to speak to Customer Services on 8002&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also note if you have WiFi Assist on, and it has lost connection it overrides the data settings and kicks in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
