    <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess I'll have to do that - I'm somewhat newer in my firm so it's a matter of finding the right contact here too to let them know it's not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for data, you have to enter the NI number whole because the field box is character limited. You cannot enter in wrong format wise, only number. I have my payslip in front of me so I know my number isn't wrong...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for email its XX.YY@XYZ.com&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As the title says, the form fields are broken on registering o2 open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says my national insurance number is wrong/wrong format. Makes no sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same when trying to register my work email address. I simply cannot progress the screen when trying to upload my payslip.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to say, I managed to upload the Payslip now as it seems fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But did want to let you know that the work email was still broken. Not sure why but says its invalid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
