Attacker has handed himself in to the police. Says he's a former employee. Doesn't appear to be terrorist attack.

A former employee? Obviously had some sort of grudge against the home.....not normal for care places to employ people with any previous mental health issues (unless they were cured)

Just heard that he sent a letter to the govt asking for permission to kill disabled people !

Yes....Local police have said he sent a handwritten letter to politicians in February in which he threatened to kill hundreds of disabled people. He was kept in hospital for almost two weeks before being released.

Obviously had severe mental problems himself which, until he sent the letter, went undetected. He was a former employee and broke a window to get back into the home....:smileysad:

When he wrote to the government he wanted them to introduce a euthanasia programme to rid society of the disabled.
