This is something that could affect many of us @jonsie. Not just those who have developed osteo arthritis but many have sustained injuries through playing contact sports. Any of this can cause bone degeneration at any age.

If diagnosed early enough this treatment could rule out the need for joint replacement surgery.

So by using stem cells they can "regenerate" ruptured ligaments and bone cartilage?

Yup...and they will be looking at stem cell treatment for lower back vertebra degeneration. All a bit late for me but if you think of all the people who suffer with back problems this is a major breakthrough.......
