Just in case anyone has forgotten ....British Summer Time ends this Sunday 25th Oct

Clocks go BACK one hour...so you get an extra hour in bed...

I enjoy this more now....when nursing I always seemed to be on nights when this happened....

Great heads up @Cleoriff! I must admit I like the extra hour of sleep but I don't like it that we seem to be in darkness for a lot longer during the day. Anyone else with me? #lovethesun
