It's the refer a friend offer. Not sure why no one in o2 is aware of the offer. I referred a friend to o2 online and should have got £40 reward each. Can you look I.to it

Just to be clear. You have posted on the community forum. We are all customers like yourself. I called for @Anonymous as she actually works for O2 and posts on the forum in her own time.....and she is now helping you. take her advice please.

Are you contract or pay and go? Did you refer your friend to go on a new contract or was it the 4 free sim cards (£40 amazon vouchers?)

The referral w a s done in October when I upgraded my contract. My friend signed up for a new contract also in October. The voucher has come through today for £20. It should be £40 as both contracts are over £40 a month

In any case you still need to speak to CS 202 and this will more than likely need to be addressed by a manager, as this is suppose to be handled online and advisors will not have the tools to resolve this.

As we are being positive (fingers crossed) they haven't come back because they rang 202 and it's now resolved!
