Totally agree about the welcome for newbies

However @Kei-M_O2 has stood in for @Dave-O2 before when he (dave) took paternity leave.

It would be nice to hear frrom him again. 😉

Morning all, and Happy New Year🍻.

Thanks for the warm welcome back, and I look forward to becoming reacquainted with you all again 🙂. I hope everyone had great time over Christmas and New Year 👍.

For us on the community, as Dave alluded to before Christmas we're currently undergoing some changes within the business across both O2 and Virgin Media which will impact on our community and as soon as I have a full understanding of what that is I'll be sure to let you know. I know Dave done a great job here, and I'm sad to see him go. I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing him all the best for whatever he chooses to do next.

In the meantime, we've got a small amount of moderation support so we'll continue to act upon any abuse reports and I'll check in periodically to make sure everything is ticking along but if a customer needs account level support they should use How to contact our helpful UK customer support team | O2 for the time being.

Just how long I(we) stick around depends on how these changes impact us

@madasaf1sh Yep I'm still a VIP on there with access to the private VIP lounge. Watched it go downhill in the last year or so. Less input from staff now.

They definitely haven't been told anything
