Whoops I had accident

So early hours of last Saturday morning at 02.15 I fell in my bedroom I knocked myself out and when I woke the next morning I had a black eye bruises on my cheek I couldn't move my left arm I have a huge black bruise on my stomach bruised on both arms and ended up in A&E for 3 hours with my shoulder not broken thank god. Had to take a day off work cause of the pain I'm now feeling much better and a large scar on my shoulder

Maybe worth getting checked out if there was a reason for falling.

Glad nothing broken.

Need to consider why you are falling over. Sometimes it's a trip on rug or something else.

Go carefully and get better soon.

Do take care @Pipstop78 as it is inevitable that you are going to get seriously hurt if you keep falling over.

I agree with @Enlli that a chat with your GP might be prudent ; better to do that sooner rather than later so that if there is an underlying problem it can be identified and addressed. 👍

Yes fell out of bed that's happened a few times I think I might need to see the doctor
