    <description>&lt;P&gt;Callbacks are a very rare beast with O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At present official complains are taking about 8 weeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that time you are able to go via the Communications Ombudsman&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
