A real inspiration, living with MND for 5 years. Also the money raised for the charity was remarkable.

A big loss that has hit the RL community hard, he was an awesome player, who I saw a few times, and was a brilliant ambassador for MND, and his memory will live on, as the Super League GF MoTM will be renamed the Borrows Trophy

I think @madasaf1sh that Rob's passing has hit all sporting communities ; whilst not a RL fan, I had immense respect for his courage, bravery and for also being a really nice guy.

I can well imagine that Yorkshire is under a cloud at the moment.

Rob Burrow, a true hero for the sport of Rugby League and as an ambassador for MND. Who could forget the moment his lifelong friend and fellow Leeds Rhinos player Kevin Seinfield carried him over the line in the marathon. I have been a keen supporter of rugby league since a child and you don't have to be a 'big guy' to play the sport - there is room for all. R.I.P. Rob.
