I received a message to say O2 is sorry I am leaving and will be disconnected from today (01 June). My bills are being paid, and I am not leaving. I am also on holiday in a remote place with no hope of obtaining a tourist similar. Does anyone know what may be going on? Thanks.

That message could also be related to the way O2 are handling the last remaining customers as part of a migration to a new back-end billing system, 360, @Laurence456 - if you can, you probably should call and speak to the legacy team on 08082816956. Not sure how accessible that number will be to you from your holiday destination, though.

An example here: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/O2-Legacy-Account/m-p/1717600/highlight/true#M132174

Good luck.
