change tariff to reduce bill

I am not fully using the tariff currently paying for but incur charges for MMS messages = do not need 15GB data. I Need to reduce costs. Other providers can give me cheaper sim only deal with less data.

So long as you are passed the minimum period @Jemima13 then see if you can UPGRADE your deal (even if with less data).

Also check https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/o2/ to see if there are cheaper - as you progress through it brings you back to o2 where you can confirm if you are upgrading or taking a new deal and if you need a new sim.

If you are not, then you might be able to change tariff, but you won't have the same range of options.

Depends what type of tariff you are on. If O2 Refresh you can select something cheaper if not you may have to wait

Have a look in my O2 if you are able to upgrade.
