PAC code and sim switching

Hello. I was with Vodafone and got a pac code to keep my number when I switched to o2. But my number never switched over to o2. Where is this number?

You will need to ask Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from your o2 phone, as no one on this CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER community will know..

But did you give the PAC Code to o2, and did they confirm as date for porting..

Does your Vodafone sim still work? Then the number never moved.

o2 seems to struggle with ports and PACs when ordering.

See if the PAC is still active - see this guide for help @RachelMcBrien
