      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried to pay off my device plan and then get a PAC code this morning and been told, after getting through to an agent, that the system is being upgraded and to call back in 4 hours. So I waited for 4 hours and have called back only to be told to call back in another 4 hours. Is this going to be the case in 4 hours??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible that you are being changed over to the new billing system and until that's completed customer service won't be able to access it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one on here will know how long until you are able to pay and get your PAC so it's a matter of persevering with calling them&lt;/P&gt;</description>
