      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if anybody can give me some advice please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to get in contact with the payment management team. However i am now unable to hear so cant ring them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iv tried using online chat and it is sending me around in circles. Unable to actually speak to anybody!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my o2 doesnt work as my number is no longer active&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel like pulling my hair out!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
