Just had a call from this number to upgrade my phone, have received texts and emails but not sure if it is a scam?

@CharDownes97 Never give any information to a cold caller, no matter who they say they are.

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.

Thanks Bambino, I didn’t give any information they already had my phone number and email and have sent contracts through to my email & a payment link which gets me to log into my o2 app, so I’m very confused!

The best thing to do is NOT do anything with this scammer. @CharDownes97

Don't click links especially and block the number.

Read the guides provided so you know all the tricks.

So don't be confused be warned.
