Couple weeks ago one of your agent call me to say I'm long client from o2 she ask me to change my question and answer on o2 website and then I change my password and she say I will have some gift from o2 headphone or something more and I still wait

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text or number to 7726 - It's free.

O2 never text from a mobile number.

Call your Virgin Media or O2 customer services number if you think somebody’s taken out a contract with us using their details
Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
O2 customers can call 202 from their O2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

It sounds as if you have been scammed. NEVER take any offers from a cold call. Change your password again .
