Been a few times to Skegness and once to Minehead.

Great if you have smaller kids as plenty to do on site and lots of entertainment.

1958. awful, although we thought it was great. We have also been for a rock and roll weekend at the Butlins Metropole Hotel in Blackpool. That was really good.

Not Butlins but Haven several times when my son was younger ..... ideal for us then as I don't drive and everything there for the week xx

@Luke30 How come you asked and then never came back... Were you thinking of going?
Like others have pointed out it similar to Pontins, Havens etc and not that bad for a cheaper UK holiday if you have kids... Not sure Adults alone would have as much fun although each to their own.
