Great British Bake Off is back !!!

GBBO 2022 returns in on Tues 13 Sept at 8pm on Ch4 with Paul Holloway and Pru Leith and presenters Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas.

The first bake off is Cake Week.

The contestants have been announced

Abdul, 29, electronic engineer from London

Carole, 59, supermarket cashier from Dorset

Dawn, 60, IT manager from Bedfordshire

James, 25, nuclear scientist from Cumbria

Janusz, 34, personal assistant to head teacher from Lancashire

Kevin, 33, music teacher from East Sussex

Maisam, 18, student and sales assistant from Greater Manchester

Maxy, 29, architectural assistant from London

Rebs, 23, Masters student from County Atrim

Sandro, 30, nanny from London

Syabria, 32, cardiovascular research associate from London

Will, 45, former charity director from London

Yes, I'll be watching (If it's on) I know BBC and ITV are showing everything they can about the death of the Queen.

Woohoo one from County Antrim there, Rebs - it'll be a doozy baking traditional wheaten farl there, though I doubt they'll ask for anything so basic (I don't follow the competition, as you can probably guess 😖) 😋
