Word Hunt Diamond to return this Thursday

The Word Hunt Diamond game ran up to 23 March 2020, when it temporarily ended during lockdown.

The Word Hunt Diamond will return with Game 25 this Thursday - 03 September 2020.

What is the Word Hunt Diamond?

A grid of nine letters in a diamond will be posted - for example [not the new game but illustration]

The game is to find the given target and list of words, using only the letters in the grid, as in the undisclosed source used for the game.

In previous games, members found a wealth of words not in the list in the source used for the game and it is hoped this will continue with the new games.

Each word must contain four letters or more and must include the red letter.

There will be one nine-letter word using all the letters in the grid.

No proper names are allowed.

Each letter in the grid can only be used once in each word [so, for example, PIPE wouldn`t be allowed].

Of course, words do not have to start with the red letter.

Only one word per post and please wait until someone else has posted before posting again.

Regular updates will be given of the words found and the number of words still to be found.

I hope that players who took part in previous Word Hunt Diamond games including

@Cleoriff @Bambino @pgn @gmarkj @jonsie @MI5 @Anonymous @TallTrees @BobM and

Community Managers @Marjo @Martin-O2 ; and new Community Manager @LukasB and O2 Guru @O2Karl ;

and any members of the Community who have not played before, or new members

will join in with new Word Hunt Diamond Game 25 on Thursday 03 September when, on the morning,

the Diamond with nine-letters and the word target will be posted on a new thread.

Word Hunt Diamond game.

Yeah I can make a quick list, take it to the hairdressers and hope to god, the words I have listed haven't gone
