That is good news.

Unfortunately I was not at all suprised when I heard about these attempts bearing in mind the constant vitriol coming from Trump.

While I know noone quite does political campaigning they way they do in the US he hasn't stopped with the anti-opposition/anti-media rants via Twitter and at rallies for nearly three years and I guess it was only a matter of time until a supporter who is a torque wrench short of a toolbox decided to do something like this as he hasn't exactly discouraged violent behaviour has he?

Its not exactly something that the politicians are unprepared for especially those in higher office where everything is screened. I wonder how many undisclosed incidents have been sent over the years without media knowledge. But then again why are we really surprised with the outcome when you have celebrities mouthing off with suggestions to current and past ones.

I don't agree with anyone who wants Trump dead. That's a step too far. I just want the man out of the White House.

It seems there are stupid people in every walk of life who speak without thinking. It's not just Trump who speaks out of turn. Of course, Trump is in a position of considerable power, he really should engage brain before opening mouth.

Let’s not forget that Trump himself said that the people of the US could stop HRC when they fought a war of words on Gun control / 2nd amendment rights in the run up to the election.
