OTAC is a One Time Activation Code&amp;nbsp; usually associated with business contracts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you had a new phone or asked for calls to be forwarded to another device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way you can check it out with customer services &lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus" target="_self"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if you have a business contract then give them a call on 8002&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You get sent a code each time you try and do something on your account which requires you to verify your identity, such as changing your account preferences, upgrading your phone, signing in to certain areas of your MyO2 etc.&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven’t attempted anything on your account you need to call customer service to report it as someone could be trying to log in to your account without your knowledge.</description>
