The lady was contacting UK mail to find out why they hadn't delivered my new phone and to rearrange delivery. On the second call she made to arrange delivery (next Tuesday now!!!) UK mail hung up on her! When she called back, they'd closed! So now O2 nor me have the foggiest idea if or when my phone will turn up. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Actually on the verge of cancelling the order.
