      <title>Excellent Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer services come in for a lot of criticism so I thought I would balance things up a bit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 12 month sim only tariff ends soon. I saw a great deal (sale) in the shop. and rang at 11.30am. I expected a long wait. It was 8 minutes only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to a superb advisor called Abi from the Dearne Valley call centre. Polite, respectful and efficient.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within a matter of minutes I was sorted with my new sim only tariff, which is cheaper than the one took out last year...but with the same data, unlimited minutes and texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Abi. No complaints from me at all. Perhaps &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2734150"&gt;@MercedesS&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2355462"&gt;@Martin-O2&lt;/a&gt; or &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1616725"&gt;@Marjo&lt;/a&gt; would like to feed this back to the CS concerned?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Excellent service ....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
