    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear O2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would like to complain about the treatment I have received while trying to upgrade or cancel my contract.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been speaking to one of your representatives who has refused to give me a puc code gone through all your palava and when I have said 'thank&amp;nbsp;you for calculating that but i'm very sorry i have still seen better deals, so please could you give me the puc code' she has hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is massively frustrating after spending half an hour to get through to you not to have a very simple request completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;My phone and contract are not fit for purpose and I would therefore like you to take this as notice of my request to cancel the contract,&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;U&gt;&amp;nbsp;30 days notice and please provide me with a puc code.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also like you to investigate the agent&amp;nbsp;that hung up on my at phonecall started at&amp;nbsp;1:32pm&amp;nbsp; today 18/11/2017 because i frankly find it a disgusting way to treat people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hazel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
