      <description>So after returning a tablet, well within the 2 week cooling off period, my husband is still being charged for it almost 4 months later. We were assured over 5 weeks ago we would be refunded and charges would be stopped. Complete bull. Now one week after being assured in the 02 shop that this would be dealt with with 5 working days. Again nothing!! Only for my husband to be told the forms were never sent and we apparently now have to wait THREE more data to complain. What a joke!!!! You're quick to take the money tho</description>

No doubt passed from pillar to post during all that time because no one will take the responsibility or the time to sort out the refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make the complaint. I would Google CEO O2 and drop an email to his office. Usually gets a result.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
